Dr. Schwab is a second-generation dentist who grew up in New York City, shaped early by a family legacy of trusted dental care. He earned his Bachelor's degree from Brandeis University, where he studied Biology, Chemistry, and Economics — a rigorous foundation in both clinical science and the discipline of running a thoughtful practice.
He went on to NYU College of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors, then completed his orthodontic specialty certification at NYU — also with honors. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and serves as Associate Orthodontic Program Director at Mount Sinai, lecturing and contributing to the education of future orthodontists.
Dr. Schwab believes every smile has a story. He sees every patient personally — from the first consultation through the final retainer fitting — and builds each treatment plan around the person, not the protocol.
Dr. Vanessa is a pediatric dentist known for her gentle, thoughtful approach. Originally from sunny California, she brings a positive energy to the practice. She earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Brandeis University — a strong foundation in child behavior and development — and went on to receive her DDS from NYU, where she graduated with honors in research.
She completed her General Practice Residency at St. Barnabas Hospital, followed by advanced specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital. She has contributed to research publications on dental care for pregnant patients and maternal and child health. She stays closely connected to the latest evidence-based care — but what matters most to her is how that care feels in the chair.
